If your bra band keeps moving upward, the fit is not stable. Most of the support should come from the band, not only the straps.

Check:
Band too loose
Wrong size
Straps too tight
Weak elastic

Fix:
Go firmer at the band
Adjust straps gently
Replace stretched bras
