You don’t need to know HTML. You don’t need a tech degree. You don’t need a big budget.
Platforms like Canva now allow you to:
Build a simple website
Design a professional rate card
Create a portfolio
Draft social media content
Even use basic no-code features to customize layouts
All without prior coding knowledge.
For startups, especially in fashion, this is a gift.
Years ago, you needed:
A graphic designer
A web developer
A print shop
And a lot of capital
Today, you need:
Clarity
Consistency
A phone or laptop
And the discipline to show up
And here is the truth: fashion thrives in visuals.
