Friday night handover ✨🫶🌸

Anyone going through a new break up and learning to co parent and regulating your nervous system,
I really hope these Brain off loads of mine really help one less person know you will get to this stage just trust the process and everything will fall into place 🫶

Get a good playlist on, good food and pop and push yourself through this as much as you can because what is meant for you won’t pass you. Be patient

Summer party with my incredible management team zgadigital ☀️✨🌻🫶

Who knew that posting videos on Instagram a few years ago, as a new mum sharing the hard days and the highs of motherhood, would lead me here? 🥹

There was a point where I was ready to give it all up, Becoming a single mum left me feeling so 💩 and I’d completely lost confidence in myself!

Fast forward to now… not only have I found this amazing community on here, but my agency that took me under their wing has given me so much confidence, helped me chase my dreams and created opportunities I never could have imagined. 💖🌸

So if you’re ever thinking about posting on social media, DO IT. Do it for you. 📱✨

Document your little life. Share the highs, the lows, the messy bits and everything in between.

Because you genuinely never know where it might lead you 🫶☀️🌻

A reminder to trust your instincts always 💖

I had to move hotels in London because I felt unsafe, im kicking my self because I booked the place through booking.com which usually I find fine, then I checked the reviews a few hours before being there and then realised when I got there it wasn’t actually a hotel I thought it was reasonable £130.00 a night so was expecting a least a desk to be manned throughout the evening and the doorlock to work, Please research your accommodation carefully, read recent reviews before booking & stay aware of your surroundings, and don’t ignore that feeling when something doesn’t feel right, Your safety is more important than the cost or inconvenience of changing plans, Stay safe 😘💖

I’m sure it would of been fine and sometimes I think am I being dramatic but as soon as that lock didn’t work and there was no desk manned to go and just raise my concern I was like I’m out of here something feels off for me and I wouldn’t relax especially being solo.

If you travel too London one location I do recommend highly which is where I moved too ;

📍 London Paddington basin the premier inn there and area felt so safe and so close to the train 🌸

I can’t believe this day was free!! So good if your close to Bristol worth it for the last day today, Such a good day out! It was worth the long queues of traffic to get there and getting out 😅🥰😍

We done the 6pm one but I’ll definitely be dragging the kiddies up next year at 4am to make the 6am one 😍💖🎈🌸🌈

A few highs & lows I’ve been reflecting on this week as a single mum to two 🌸✨🏝️❤️‍🩹

Some days feel light, full of laughter and little wins, Other days feel heavier, and I’m just doing my best to hold it all together and understand that Both can exist at the same time!

A lot of us compare or think that because we see a few highlights of people’s day on stories or pictures that they have it all together and don’t get me wrong they may, but I know the majority of us all are just trying our hardest to give everything we can day in day out we don’t all have it figured out we’re just winging it right? 😂🌸💖
