Hey everyone, I know most of you don’t reside in SA but we can all agree the drug driving laws in most Australian States are discriminatory against medical cannabis patients, as it stands the pure trace of THC results in instance loss of licence, a fine and a criminal record, no signs of impairment or evidence of a driving offence required to convict you. Under the law you can take benzodiazepines, opiates, sleeping pills and drive but a medical cannabis patient can’t essentially ever legally drive as they would always have trace amounts of THC even when not impaired. We just want common sense and fairness. Would greatly appreciate if you’ll can take the time to sign and let’s se me if we can get some momentum and get this ridiculous law changed across the country. ✌️
