For all of you that have an i-phone out there, there is a great app imapmyrun " i map my run " its fantatstic! it maps your run via gps and gives the distance and heaps of other cool stuff. Best of all its FREE !!

Have a couple of tinnies a day?? If you do, you are adding an extra 320 cals per day and adding a whopping 15kg of fat a YEAR ! Start moving those bodies peeps !

JUST BECAUSE a food is in the health food aisle dosen't mean it is healthy. Nutrition claims such as "low fat" or " gluten free" do not mean that the product is necessarily low in sugar, salt or low in energy. Get in the habbit of READING YOUR LABLES!

Ever get the night time munchies when you are sitting around after dinner, watching you fav tv show, and get that sudden urge to snack?? When you think that you are hungry try having a drink instead, Water or a big cup of camomile tea?( of course avoid sweet and sugary drinks like milo) It will take away that craving and make you feel fuller again :0)
