The Burnt Ends are back and cream cheese stuffed Jalepeno Poppers for sides.

Yes we have arrived, we have just had a few hiccups this morning, which are sorted now. Everything is running on time at the Panthers Clubhouse public cookup tonight. Serving from 5pm until sold out. Yes the last minute change to the menu is Pulled Pork Loaded Fries. Can't wait to see you all down here and don't forget to get a drink from the Panters Bar. 🐮🐷🐔🍻🥤

UPDATE!!!!!
As per our previous post, we'd just like to update everyone on our menu. We have not been able to secure stock for our ribs on Friday the 8th at the Biloela Panthers. We're terribly sorry for anyone looking forward to them. At this stage we're thinking maybe Pulled Pork Loaded Fries to replace the 3rd option. Let us know what you think. But we will update a confirmation of the 3rd option depending on availability of stock.

Serving from 5pm until sold out, or the lineup runs out.
We are waiting on confirmation for supply of our ribs we said we'd be cooking, will update menu if this changes.
At this stage we will still have our
- Sliced Brisket Burgers and chips.
- Bessie's BBQ Chicken Nachos.

YES WE'RE ON BILOELA....
WE HAVE A CONFIRMED VENUE AND DATE.

Biloela Panthers have reached out for our local cookup. And they will be opening the bar, so you can grab a drink and feed and support the club as well as even have a seat to enjoy Jocks Meat 🍖.
Our date is set, Friday 8th of May, serving from 5pm til sold out. Menu is up on our page and we will put it up again closer to the date to remind anyone that wants to pop down and say G'day.
Can't wait.

Gotta love the travelling BBQ!
We have travelled to Central Highlands, today we are cooking in Emerald for another birthday in the bush.
On the menu is potatoes 2 ways: smoked and potato bakes, we are including some of the favourite nibbles, plus shredded beef and lamb for mains.

Which we hope happens, all things going well! 🤞
It's looking good so far and we also have a possible location coming early next week after confirmation.
So what we're thinking is.......

- A timeless favourite smoked sliced brisket burgers, with Bessie's popular homemade coleslaw 😉 garlic butter onions, burger cheese with or without chips.

- Introducing Bessie's smoked BBQ chicken nachos topped with cheese and a sauce of your taste.

- Our 1st retail cookup of meaty pork ribs and chip box night will follow behind until sold out.

Feedback is welcome anytime but we think this sounds pretty good for a local cookup, don't you?
