As I prepare to step into a new chapter (of full time study) this year, I am here to let you know that I will be closing my (online and brick & mortar) shops. I am slowly discounting any remaining items and aim to be completely closed around the end of the month.

Over the past 5 years, this business has been so much more than a shop or an income. It’s been community, creativity, late nights, big dreams, and so much love.

To every single customer who supported, shared, shopped, messaged, recommended, or cheered me on - THANK YOU! You made this journey what it was, and I’ll be forever grateful.

And to , thank you for creating a space for us to thrive. I will continue to be a regular!

My love and support for small Australian businesses/brands stands as strong as ever and I will continue to support, shop with and champion local creatives — and I encourage you to do the same 🫶

I'm sure you've noticed by now that I'm not sewing as much.

Filling a shop full of handmade clothes every week and filling online orders is hugely time consuming. It has made me stop and choose where my time needs to be spent at the moment and of course my family won!

When the kids are older/in school I'm hopeful I can bring back the handmade clothing full force. In the meantime, I have been sourcing gorgeous clothes from some beautiful Australian brands. I have chosen brands that focus on quality and functionality in their clothing so they can be passed down and kept for a long time.

You've trusted me to make your children clothing for years now and I hope you'll continue to trust the brands I've sourced and continue to support Addison Wonderland.

What's your Friday night routine? Does it change from the rest of the week? A later bedtime ... takeaway dinner ... movie night? Or do you keep the same school-week routine in place?

We tend to have a later bedtime and sometimes a takeaway dinner which I actually love! Great way to start the weekend.

Regardless of the bedtime, we use this spray each night before bed. It's so soft and soothing and just makes me feel instantly relaxed and ready for bed. Do you use room sprays at bed time?

I LOVE affirmations, mindfulness, slow living and positive energy. I've been listening to a lot of podcasts lately and I wonder, if I had this knowledge as a kid, what I could have done with it. It's kind of a superpower! That's why I love these colouring pencils. Each one has an affirmation on it so every time your child colours - they read those beautiful words like "I am loved" and "I believe in myself" and they are getting that superpower from the get-go!
