Have now completed to top storage tray refurbish, and beginning to reline the inner trunk with new hessian.

A follow up on the restoration of the steamer trunk. Ive now completely stripped out the old lining and hessian, sanded ...

A follow up on the restoration of the steamer trunk.
Ive now completely stripped out the old lining and hessian, sanded it and started to reline the mended insert that sits in the top.
Have patched up a hole in the lid.
Next stage is relining the trunk with new hessian!

Absolutely stunning, 6 setting Vintage Tea/Coffee set.
Chintz design with gold leafing, filigree work and floral overlays . Heavily gilded edges.

Marked as "Gold Crown Brand, Fine China, Japan".

Tray not included.

In perfect condition with no chips or cracks, gold gilding is in great shape.
