This 10 month old went from hour settling sessions and ending up in mum and dad’s bed overnight to sleeping in her own cot and having great naps.

Now there’s nothing wrong with how this little one was sleeping if it was working for the family.

However it wasn’t. And the screenshot message on the first slide says it all. This little one started getting the sleep she needed and was so much happier and content. ❤️
