👉SESSION PAYMENT...
Payments are to be made within 24 hours of the completion of the session, unless arrangements are otherwise agreed upon.
Payments 2 weeks in arrears will incur a late fee of $20. A late fee will be added weekly, till fully paid.
Sessions will cease if payments need to be chased.
👉 REGULAR CLIENT DISCOUNT...
Due to Regular Sessions being booked, receiving a discount and cancelling - the Regular Session Discounts will now start AFTER the 5th Session.
Paying by Square - nullifies the Regular Client Discount.
👉 CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING FEE..

- Loss of $50 (3hr session) OR $100 (6hr session) of Booking Fee.
Returning & Regular Client
Within 1 (24hrs) Business Day
- Full Session Charge

One of my clients sent me a message when they got home saying.."I don't know how you did that so quickly".
Thing is..I have no idea how I do it, either.
I just start and the magic happens.

Things that went wrong this week:
- I have always offered my clients help with putting their wheelie bins out when they are not be home, so their wheelie bins aren't advertising that someone isn't home. At one of my clients, I have a code for the back gate and it's suppose to work at the front gate. It doesn't. If I use that gate, I have to message him to let me in. After a 25 min drive, I arrived to put the bins out, sent a few messages and stood around in the rain, waiting for the gate to be opened, after 20 mins I left and the bin was still not put out.
Now I have a head cold from standing out in the rain.
- Leaving my clients home, I spent 12 mins trying to get the driveway gate to open. The app wasn't connecting to the gate. I had to message my client to get her to open the gate for me. I then turned my phone off and on, which made it work. ARGH! Should have done that in the first place.

Oh it certainly has been a far better week, emotionally, without all of the rain.

I had a big laugh with my Warner client.
Due to public holidays, I hadn't be there for quite some time.
When she came home from work I said something along the lines of: "So..now that I haven't been here for a while, you have coped with out me and found out you don't need me anymore!"
We both laughed and laughed at that one.
