After four years of playing & crafting, it’s unfortunately time for us to press the STOP button.
We are so proud of what we achieved, stepping outside of the box and not making gin like everyone else, instead making gorgeous liqueurs and smooth spirits. We have loved seeing the faces of those that tried Vivid Orange, who then couldn’t get their $ out fast enough, and the regular ‘it’s better than Billson’s’ comments on our Musk liqueur, plus many other laughs & highs.
We had many plans for our little venture, but instead have been met by an unsupportive local council administration & costly planning hurdles to be able to continue. The ultimatum was go into the red for $100K+ to tick boxes or to stop. Our venture has never been in the red, and knowing it would take us years to get back to black, alongside normal high running costs & changing consumption trends, we’ve decided to end on a high instead!
We don’t like dwelling in the negative, so Thankyou & appreciation posts will follow 😁
