Last Sunday afternoon, my mum (just over from the UK) and I did a beautiful 'Circa' felting workshop on the veranda adjacent to the exquisite 'Sound Temple,' a teepee purposely built for the sharing of sounds, especially from ancient gongs and Tibetan bowls, all set deep in the woods. A beautiful space and a perfect venue for the sharing of creativity, endless cups of tea and laughter with other women. πŸ’ž I am now inspired to start creating felted gifts again in time for Christmas, however rusty my felting technique may be these days. I have surprised and delighted myself at the amount of colourful tissue silk and beautifully soft, locally hand dyed merino wool I still have stored in my baskets (no sign of moths either!) after a good number of years of neglect. Here we go again. I love it! πŸ’œ
