This Thursday evening as part of Christmas on the Terrace, Who is Silvia? will pop-up in the west end of Marine Terrace as a recycled quality fashion shop. will offer racks of quality reloved fashion complemented by a hair and makeup service by Hot Locs, and fashion advice from Vintagero. Anyone can sell their retro and vintage clothing and accessories through Who is Silvia?.
