Hear me out!! This product doesn’t look particularly useful - but let me explain something that’s helped me immensely as an ADHD’er:

As someone with ADHD and Anxiety I use temperature change as a tool every single day - and this is why!

❄️ Cold temperatures can help to ‘snap’ us out of negative or unproductive hyper fixations

❄️ Sudden application of cold to the skin can calm anxiety, as it distracts the brain from the fight or flight response

❄️ Cold can also help with the transition from one task to the next, as an almost ‘trigger point’ that it’s time to move onto the next thing
