THOUGHTFUL THURSDAY 🫶🏽

As a young father personally, I couldn’t even begin to imagine what would be going through my head if I were in Brad’s shoes. Let alone his beloved partner and 5 beautiful children. Brad is the soul provider for his family and has recently suffered from a severe aneurysm leaving him out of work for god knows how long. Let’s all chip in and help this family get through this horrible time. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to Brad and his family. The Ballout fam are with you and can’t wait for the positive updates regarding your speedy recovery Brad! We will post the link in our story so you guys can donate too. Thoughtful Thursday 🫶🏽

We’re a bit late tonight but that didn’t stop us. Our act of kindness this Thursday was to pay for this lovely ladies fuel. This is Alisa and she’s a primary school teacher 👏🏽 Turns out that it happens to be her birthday today as well so we also paid for her next tank too 😇 Happy birthday Alisa! 🥳 We hope this was the cherry on top of what we hope was an amazing day for you. 🙏🏽

Introducing THOUGHTFUL THURSDAY 🫶🏽

This gentleman in the photo with me is Adam. He’s been homeless for about 18 months now and has an unbelievably touching story to how he got in this situation which I won’t speak about in detail out of respect for him. I’ve had an encounter with Adam before and gave him whatever was in my pocket at the time to help out. Because of his aura, his gratitude and his overall attitude towards life considering his circumstances, it only felt right to kick this movement off with him.

I asked him if he was hungry and he told me he was sorted for food (goes to show there are still selfless people out there who care) so I asked him how I could bless him today and then I found out that he’s lucky to afford a room to sleep in once in a blue moon… if that. So, I paid for his accommodation at a hotel tonight.

Thoughtful Thursday is a movement that Ballout Clothing are dedicated to growing to a point beyond our imagination. We are on a mission to create a community of people who take a couple of hours of their ONE DAY a week to give back. There are literally people with no roofs over their head, so if you are in a position to help out, even if it’s $5, that could make someone’s day or fill their stomach for a few hours. The act of kindness can be ANYTHING.

We hope that by reading this caption, you are touched and inspired to give back to our people. We are all we have at the end of the day. We NEED eachother. If you are someone who would like to be involved and join this movement, please message us. No matter where you are in the world.

I asked Adam if he had a message for anybody watching this post and his words were the following - “No matter what life throws at you, keep your faith and keep moving forward… by any means necessary”

This god-fearing man has made my day more than I have probably made his because the fulfilment I got from helping him is unexplainable.

THOUGHTFUL THURSDAY. ONCE A WEEK. WE CAN ALL DO OUR PART!
