I get a wide range of requests beyond clothing repairs and am always happy to help out! Recently I was asked by a lovely lady to make a bird cage cover to prevent seeds etc falling out of the cage! Meet the seamstress!

My name is Holly! I'm 24 and have been sewing for the last 7 years, after learning the basics from my Nanna! I am passionate about ensuring you get the most out of clothing and fabric items to prevent waste and help our environment, and as such I use a lot of recycled or second hand fabric in my own sewing.
I am currently a student, doing a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution, and have a range of creative hobbies including cooking and painting. I also have a role in youth work and transport! I have been living in Jindivick with my partner and cat for just under a year, on a farm with horses and cattle!

Located in Jindivick, I offer a range of reasonably priced services to help you get the most out of your clothing and reduce wastage. I offer pick up/delivery for a small fee and in some cases can offer rapid turn around with a small fee depending on the requirements! Feel free to contact me for any school or work uniform repairs or alterations!

Hemming pants or skirts: $15-$35
Shortening sleeves: $15-$45
Taking in or letting out a dress or shirt: $20-$40
Shortening a dress or skirt: $25-$45
Taking in or letting out a pair of pants: $30-$45
Repairs of rips or patches: $15-30

I also can make custom cushion covers, curtains and similar fabric creations. Further, I offer some basic repairs for animal/horse rugs depending on the item.

I am happy to exchange repairs for eggs, fruit and veggies, meat or other home produced goods!
