There comes a point where staying true to yourself costs you the crowd and that’s exactly how you know you’re growing.

Because when you’ve done the work, healed, rebuilt, and chosen yourself over approval, the noise doesn’t land the same anymore. The opinions, the expectations, the pressure to fit in… it all gets quieter.

You stop bending to belong. You stop shrinking to be accepted. And you realise the crowd was never the goal, alignment was.

And once you’ve truly grown, the noise can still exist, but it can’t shake you.

Stay you, it really is your one true superpower.

I used to think luck was something you either had… or you didn’t.

But after listening to a podcast today, I see it differently.

Luck isn’t random. It’s created.

It’s in the risks you take, the people you connect with, the way you “stir the pot” instead of standing still waiting for something to change.

You don’t wait for opportunities… you build the sailboat, find your crew and catch the wind when it comes.

And even when life feels heavy, expensive, uncertain, there are still small, intentional things you can do that shift everything in your favour.

So this is your reminder (and mine):
✨Authentically Compliment Others
✨ Say yes more than you say no
✨ Put yourself in new rooms
✨ Try, even if it feels uncomfortable

Because the “luckiest” people?
They’re just the ones who decided to create it.

Healing doesn’t always look loud or obvious… sometimes it’s quiet walks, soft moments and choosing peace over patterns that once felt normal.

I’ve been learning that growth is letting go without needing all the answers, trusting that what’s meant for me won’t pass me. Every step forward, every boundary, every deep breath… hallelujah for how far I’ve come. 🤍

There’s no place I’d rather be on a Saturday night than somewhere that fuels my growth. Learning, evolving and getting to see someone who’s inspired so much change in my life. Being surrounded by so many likeminded people is incredible. What an absolute vibe. 🤍💚

This platform is normally such a positive outlet for me but with everything going on in the world at the moment I’m going to share the real and raw of my thoughts and emotions.

Mums today are constantly trying to keep up with a world that never seems to slow down. Juggling the mental checklist of whether everyone is loved, fed, safe, and okay, while quietly carrying the pressure of rising costs of living and societys expectations that feel impossible to meet. There’s a constant hum of anxiety in the background, the weight of being everything to everyone, all the time. Life feels heavy some days, especially when you’re stretching yourself emotionally, physically, and financially just to make it all work. You try to stay positive, to believe that everything will fall into place, because that hope is what keeps you going but... it doesn’t mean it’s easy. And it’s okay to admit that. It’s okay to say that it’s overwhelming, that it causes anxiety, and that sometimes it feels like mums are just expected to carry this invisible load without ever putting it down.
