Tuesday: Kadhi pakora, cabbage peas sabzi , steamed rice, paratha, or Roti

Wednesday: Toor dal, mix vegetable sabzi, pulao, roti

Thursday:: Rajma (kidney bean curry), baingan bharta (roasted eggplant), rice, chapati

Friday: Masoor dal (red lentil), aloo methi (potato with fenugreek), rice, roti

Saturday: Kala chana (black chickpeas), lauki sabzi (bottle gourd), jeera rice, phulka

Sunday: : Chana masala, paneer bhurji steamed rice, roti
