ABN 71 097 466 056 **Terms & Conditions ** Products are not started until your order is fully paid for. Payment can be made by bank transfer (preferred) or via paypal. Payments are due within 7 days if invoice date. Standard time frame to complete products, after payment, before shipping is 30 days. If your order is finished earlier it will be shipped earlier. For urgent orders (less than 30 days) there is a 20% surcharge. Regular post does NOT cover any items that go missing in the post. Tracking is recommended on all orders. Christmas orders close November 16th every year. Christmas orders ship no later than December 17th. If you need a Christmas order earlier please make sure you let us know & order prior to November 16th. It is never too early to order for Christmas. Christmas orders are accepted year round
