Please note:
1- We deal in Pakistani branded clothing & accessories. We prefer preorder where you can have a larger variety of options in your own size. We cannot customize ready to wear items.

2- Half payment is required to place your preorder beforehand. Remaining amount is due at pickup or before posting to your location.

3- Product color may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or your

device settings.

4- Please check size/size chart before ordering. Half to an inch margin should be kept in mind with sizing as per brand disclaimers. Sizing may vary from size chart due to dress styling.

5- Before the product leaves Pakistan we ensure our best to check items & sizes as much as possible with the basic quality based on the pricing and brand expectation.

6- Please check products before leaving premises for any defects. Once the product leaves our premises it cannot be returned or exchanged. Products cannot be exchanged due to change of mind.

7- Trials are not possible due to health and safety reasons for all while keeping the newness of the dresses intact. You can check measurements against measuring tape or ask for measurements.

8- We try our best to keep our prices as low as possible as it is based on brand cost, postage and admin cost. So please be rational & reasonable and do not embarrass us with asking for discounts or comparing other seller prices. Every seller has their own structure and expenses to bear so be considerate as we are trying to help as much as possible.

9- We can provide brand name of an item only if you have already placed your orders for it.

10- We acquire items from genuine brands and shops and are dependent on brand stock availability and courier services. We can cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, etc.

11. If there is a shipping delay by the brand or courier services then we will notify you. Cancellation or exchange of an order, even if it is delayed, is not possible unless it is cancelled by the brand or marked as a lost item by the courier services.

12- Most importantly, we consider you as our sisters n friends and respect you and your choices so would highly appreciate your reciprocation of the same with understanding.
