Hi market friends, unfortunately we have had to cancel our 26/7 market 🙁 Due to the added expense of managing Covid protocols including a venue staff person and a substantial restriction in shopper numbers at any given time, we have deemed it not viable to run. Hopefully by Spring, the landscape might be more favourable for a mid November market date booked 🤞

Hi market friends, long time, no bargains !
We have a market tentatively booked for Sunday 26 July. Due to still navigating both Covid protocols and additional expenses with our fab venue, we are yet to open bookings until the market date is deemed viable to go ahead. We hope to make a call this week.

Happy New Year market friends !
Let’s hope 2021 is better than the character building year that was 2020..
An update of sorts..
Our fab venue ; The Substation is slated to reopen in mid-February. However, hosting 34 stalls including around 50 stall holders and 300 shoppers over 4 hours isn’t looking doable with the current social distancing protocols in place.
At this stage, our first 2021 market is likely to be taking place in late May. We won’t be taking stall bookings until mid February due to the unpredictability that is Covid🦠
I have sorely missed the pleasure and value of shopping at markets, so very much hope that Victoria can keep any spot outbreaks contained. See you at a market soon ♻️

It is tough times and we want to do what we can to support our local economy and our businesses. Council is waiving all paid parking in currently metered areas across Hobsons Bay for the next 90 days, active as of now! Time restrictions will still apply. 🚙🚗

The decision to waive paid parking comes as part of a support package we have just announced to assist small businesses and some of the city’s most vulnerable residents who may be struggling from the impacts of the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.

Ever wished there was a Reuse It Baby market equivalent for women ? Well said beastie exists and is on today at Seaworks in Williamstown ! 80+ plus stalls of fab pre-loved clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, etc plus coffee and food. Get there if you can. You won’t be sorry ♻️
