I’ve been there… not being able to trust my own legs and feet. Feeling so wobbly and unstable when I’m up a ladder, off the ground, stepping down, or even standing on an angled surface.

Making the switch to barefoot shoes, and committing to spending more time barefoot has made such a big difference in how my body responds to external stimuli, and its awareness of what’s directly underfoot.

Barefoot shoes won’t fix your problems, but they are one tool you can use when it comes to reclaiming the strength and function of your feet. 👣
