Some features you design. Others are so good, you design around them 👌🏽

Sitting proudly in the heart of our Alstonville store is the original bank vault, a beautiful piece of the building’s history and without question, one of the most impressive features of the space.

The scale, the steel, the aged details, the craftsmanship… it has a presence that’s impossible to replicate.

And somehow, it feels completely at home at Bolt + Buckle.

When it came to designing the store, the vault gave us the perfect centrepiece to work around. Its old-world character sits seamlessly alongside the textures, tones and pieces that make B+B what it is: considered, full of personality and a little unexpected.

We love that something with so much history now sits at the heart of a new chapter for this beautiful old building.
