The loooooong wait has finally paid off and our T-Shirts are READY! We’ve had these T-Shirts tested and tried and it has the mumma ✅ of approval!

Why I didn’t text you back:

I saw your text and told myself that I was going to respond, but I wanted to finish what I was doing first. After that, I got side-tracked and went to do something else and completely forgot your text even existed because I was stuck in my own tiny world until I went to text you days or even weeks later about something completely unrelated 🧡

I feel this to my core… 🌱 SLEEP DEPRAVATION 🥴

Parents to a newborn lose an average of 3 hours of sleep per night in the first few months after baby is born.

That’s an average of 91 hours/4 days in 3 months of sleep we didn’t have 😵‍💫 That’s an average of 133 full nights of sleep lost in the first year of baby life! (Published journal ‘Sleep Health‘)

✨ so if you’re not feeling up to it, you’re struggling to put sentences together and you don’t feel like yourself, remember to be kind to yourself mama! ✨

My son had a dairy intolerance and it took us 6 weeks to diagnose and another few weeks for me to be dairy free as I was exclusively breastfeeding. There were plenty of sleepless nights and days that rolled into another. Things that we did to ease the sleep deprivation:

☀️ Morning sun, baking ni***es and getting VitD
💦 Made sure I hydrated 24/7
👨‍👩‍👦 Support from husband & Grandparents and assisted contact naps that helped baby stretch naps longer so that I could sleep for more than 1.3 hours
👶 Ensured to burped baby so that he didn’t wake up soon after a feed
