Introducing our second The A.M Active Woman:

"I work part time in the community sector, raise two gorgeous kids and am happily married to an extremely supportive man.

This year I have focussed on becoming stronger and I've noticed my body shape change. I love food, it's my weakness so this year I have also focussed on eating clean food. I guess I'm lucky because I just love fruit and vegetables!

I love being active, it makes me happy, keeps me sane in this busy life we lead. I walk in The A.M, I run in The A.M, I do yoga and Pilates and I enjoy going to the gym in The A.M. I love my 7 A.M. Active tights, sometimes it's cold outside and my 10 A.M. Bomber Jacket keeps me toasty!

Sometimes life gets in the way and I have learnt to not be hard on myself when I slip up. The next step is a step in the right direction.

I don't believe I'm a selfish person but I try really hard to look after me because a wise lady once said to me "you have to put yourself, your happiness and health as number one priority because...without you the rest of us won't cope".
