A huge thank you to everyone who made our first Coffee and Tees promotion a huge success! It was so much fun.

Over the June long weekend at Malt & Honey, we had 22 lucky winners who will each receive a Rockswear / Malt & Honey South West Rocks tee shirt. Pictured is Sam from Malt & Honey presenting Phillip Bermingham from South West Rocks with his tee shirt. Phillip is a local and at 6.30am nearly every day, he downs 2 mugs of great coffee at Malt & Honey.

Of our 22 winners, 7 were locals while 15 came from towns across NSW, QLD, and Victoria. We even had one winner, all the way from Germany.

Spending 3 days at Malt & Honey gave Julie and I a new found appreciation of how hard their staff work to make everyone feel welcome - not only to their cafe, but to our beautiful seaside town.

Thank you again to all the locals and visitors who joined us, and a very special thanks to the crew at Malt & Honey for their hospitality and partnership.

This time next week, Julie and I will be at our favourite cafe, Malt & Honey, giving away a Rockswear South West Rocks tee shirt. We will be there all 3 days of the long weekend doing a tee shirt draw every hour from 7am. Every item ordered gets an entry in the draw. 22 lucky diners will win a Rockswear tee shirt but to win one, you have to be there when the draw is done. We're also looking forward to meeting all those who know and follow our South West Rocks Rockwear brand.

Are you going to be in South West Rocks on the June long weekend? If you are, we'd love to you to drop into Malt & Honey for our very first Rockswear Coffee & Tees promotion. Every menu item you order will give you a chance to win a Malt & Honey / Rockswear tee shirt. Julie and I will be doing a new draw every hour from 7am to 2pm on Saturday and Sunday and from 7am to 12 noon on the Monday. We will be giving away 22 tee shirts over the 3 days and winners will be able to select/order a white, black or navy tee in any size. You will have to be there to claim your tee prize. NOTE: If your purchase was between 8am and 9am, you will be in the 9am draw. Julie and I will be there for the 3 days and look forward to meeting you if you can manage to be there.

"To chase a marlin is to chase the essence of life." This was a comment that came from a local here in South West Rocks. I thought at the time that the comment might one day end up on the back of a Rockswear tee. Our very talented designer mocked up an image from the Marlin art work Julie and I prepared. It does look good.

Julie and I get heaps of suggestions to design Rockswear tees that showcase South West Rocks. As we're getting close to whale watching season, it seems appropriate for us to design a new whale tee. If anyone is interested, I'm going to have a couple made and happy to order one for locals. Cost will be $35 and available in navy or white and any size. Oh and yes Neil, I will have the new Marlin tee design ready early next week.

I recently emailed cricket clubs suggesting that they plan now for next season. Following a request from a number of clubs that do plan early, Julie and I have put together an EARLY BIRD OFFER. If any cricket clubs would like to discuss their apparel needs for next season, please message me. We not only offer great prices to local clubs, we have NO MINIMUM ORDER and a very talented designer ready to do his magic.

Many thanks to Heather and South West Rocks News Agency that now stock our latest Rockswear Limited Edition tees. Julie and I checked out the cute display that's been set up as you enter the Agency. The rust tee does look good.

Julie's "Name her Bag" giveaway ended yesterday and she received 70 entries that are listed in this post. It was a difficult choice for Julie to select a name she likes the most but "Salty Seasun" is her pick. Congratulations to Andrea Lock who will now receive Julie's Salty Seasun bag.
