The memory keepsakes are made out of cherished clothing at a high standard to mark a milestone in a person’s life or to remember a loved one. Each keepsake is custom-made to order and is individually hand crafted from your cherished clothing. I take great pride in meticulously planning, cutting, sewing, and assembling each keepsake to capture your

memories I feel privileged that you have entrusted me to do so. The Ragdolls can be made as a bridesmaid gift in the same material as you bridesmaids dress, which is a lovely keepsake of your wedding. I make all keepsakes personally, with a home sewing machine and finish all details by hand. This is why you may have to wait a little before you receive them. For the memory bear you will need for Small baby clothing (0-6 months) – 3-5 items

Toddler / Adult clothing you will need 1-3 items (depending on sizes, adding more items often gives a little more interest. Clothing should be clean & ironed. My keepsake memory bears are not for use as a toy as they are decorative keepsakes. In view of the individual and bespoke composition of each bear they cannot be CE approved and accordingly do not comply with any toy safety guidelines and are not deemed safe for use as a toy by Law. They are not designed or intended for use in play by children under 14 years of age. Each keepsake the detailing is finished by hand, including the buttons which are used to joint the bears’ limbs which pose a choking hazard if they become loose. Due to the mixture of fabrics used they will not withstand play by children. Pin-Tack-Sew does not accept any liability for the misuse of these decorative keepsakes.

This has been a beautiful, meaningful project to make. Turning my granddaughter’s baby clothes into a large blanket gives all those tiny memories a second life, and it’s the kind of keepsake that only gets more special as the years go by.

I worked on this blanket bit by bit between other projects, every square carries a special moment we lived with her when she was tiny — a favourite outfit, a stage she was growing through, a tiny version of who she’s becoming now. That emotional thread is something no store‑bought blanket could ever match.

Making this was as meaningful as the finished blanket itself.
