Tomorrow, the keys to Wellcamp will be handed back - at a cost of $220 million to Queenslanders.

It’s a facility that was barely used and we will never own.

It works out to $500,000 everyday of Palaszczuk Government waste in a cost of living crisis.

This money could have covered the rent for an average Queensland family for 21 years.

It’s waste the likes of which we’ve never seen before.

Queenslanders deserve a government that treats their money with respect.

They deserve a government that listens and acts to address the cost of living crisis Queensland families are facing.
