It's amazing how much dust, lint and fluff build up in a sewing machine and overlocker.
Here are just a few examples of well used machines.
However don't stress about this, it's just a sign that you're enjoying your hobby, a routine service with a qualified technician will fix this no worries at all!

Overlocker knives can do a lot of work. Surface rust or burrs from hitting pins can cause a lot of friction which will put a lot of strain on your overlocker and motor. Checking them regularly will help prolong the life of your pride and joy. 😁 @ Queensland
