The logo changed because the business had to evolve.

When Lyftd started it was just me and that isn’t the case anymore.

What began as a personal brand is now a coaching system built to work with any one individual.

Structured with the same standards.

Same vision.

Same direction.

People first.

When Tracyla first started, she was 19, new to the gym, and still figuring training out.

No background in the gym.

Just a genuine desire to grow both physically and mentally.

Like most people at that age, it wasn’t about perfection.

It was about learning how to show up, build consistency, and take care of herself in an environment that can feel overwhelming at first.

Fast forward 3 years.

She trains consistently.
She understands her body.
She’s mindful of her wellbeing.
Not just in the gym, but outside of it too.

What’s changed most isn’t just strength numbers or aesthetics.

It’s confidence.
Awareness.
And the ability to look after herself properly.
