The short workshop style programs are suitable for a range of staff within the management function, including middle and executive managers, supervisors, frontline managers and high level office staff. Instead, we pride ourselves on the fact that we identify the specific circumstances and requirements of our clients then customise our services to provide the best possible solution. We tailor our services to ensure relevant, sustainable outcomes are consistently delivered. Organisations should ensure that staff have access to the best training programs available. We want to achieve the best possible outcomes for your organisation, so our delivery is flexible, simple and effective. Sometimes an organisation needs a specialised approach to Workshop delivery in order to target a specific group of individuals. While all of our Workshops have a basic outline, we tailor each one to the specific needs of the participants involved. We can add or remove units from some or all of our Workshops to create the ideal Workshop that caters to your needs, or we can use the suggested structure as a base and work around that to develop the ultimate Workshop that is guaranteed to get results for your organisation. Workshops are usually held on site but can also be held off site, depending on preference. Phase 1 - Initial Consultation One of our Trainers will hold discussions with major stakeholders to determine training needs. A tailored learning pathway is developed after consultation with the client to ensure an holistic approach to the Workshop, thus ensuring The Learning Catalyst is working in alignment with specific client needs. Phase 2 - Workshop Development The training team is briefed and the Workshop is developed. Suitable delivery methods are determined, time is agreed upon and the Workshop is booked. Phase 3 - Delivery The Workshop is delivered. The Learning Catalyst ensures that training is aligned directly to both the growth of the organisation and the individuals attending the Workshop. Phase 4 - Application in the Workplace If required, our Trainer can follow up any outstanding issues with participants, and provide a report on outcomes to the relevant supervisor or manager. Workshops and short courses include the following; Building High Performance Teams Business Writing and Communication Strategies Giving and Receiving Feedback Assertiveness and Confidence Coaching and Mentoring Leadership Skills Customer Service Excellence Trainer Bootcamp Presentation Skills Time Management and Personal Productivity All Workshops are 9:30 to 4pm, and are conducted on an in-house basis for 6 or more participants. Prices include comprehensive learning materials, a Certificate of Attendance on completion of Workshop and up to 3 months post workshop email and phone support if required. The Learning Catalyst has forged strategic alliances with local RTO's to further enhance the training programs on offer.
