“There are more valid facts and details in works of art than there are in history books.”
When you are planning your wedding, don't overlook the details while you are focusing on the big things that need to be done.
We continue here with Heather Lee from while she discusses the importance of attention to detail when it comes to all things floral for your wedding.
If you are having a sit down reception, then floral centrepieces should be given extra attention - remember that not only will these be in front of your guests for a great deal of the night but they will also show up a lot in photographs.
Whilst most brides may realise how important these are, they may not pick up on details such as scent for example. You may love the heady scent of cinnamon sticks or roses or lavender, but is it going to be a pleasant experience for your guests?
What about the height of the centrepiece? Is it low enough for guests to see over so they can talk to one another? You want height you say.... ok, then maybe flowers in tall vases are the way to go.
What will the flowers look like in the venue? Will they suit the style of the venue? Are you trying to go full bridgerton in an industrial setting or maybe steampunk in an all out regency style venue? All things are possible but they may need more careful consideration.
There is a lot to keep in mind than may be apparent at first glance so give yourself time to pay careful attention.
