When purchasing items a 20% deposit is needed for custom orders or orders placed on layby. Please choose carefully as we don't offer a refund unless the item is faulty or wrongly described. If you are not happy with what you have purchased a credit note is given once an item has been returned. You must email Rasha before returning the item.
