An IMPORTANT Jacket Sizing Update 💌
Hi lovely humans,
I wanted to jump in with a bit of honesty and transparency about the new Strawberry & Love Heart fleece jackets.
I’ve had some customers reach out wanting to exchange their jackets for a different size, and to be completely honest, this preorder has been a HUGE learning curve for me.
Last year I released fleece jackets that had a different fit, and by no fault of anyone, some customers naturally assumed these new ones would fit the same. Unfortunately, they don’t.
These new jackets are a much thicker, more structured style with quilted satin lining, which means there is a lot less stretch and give. Because of that, they fit a little more snug than last year’s styles.
And honestly? I rushed to get them online because the demand was SO high, without properly doing try-on videos or explaining the fit well enough beforehand. That part is on me.
Before I send out Batch 2, I want to make this right and give everyone the opportunity to review their sizing and make changes if needed. These beauties cost a LOT to ship back and forth, and I’d really love to avoid unnecessary exchanges while also making sure your preferred size is still available.
A few things to keep in mind when reviewing your order size:
• These jackets are thicker and more bulky, so the fit feels slightly tighter
• The quilted satin lining has no stretch/give
•I am 155cm, so if you are taller, you may prefer to size up
•If you plan on wearing a sweater or layering underneath, I would definitely recommend sizing up
I’ll be sharing more sizing info and try-on content ASAP to help make this easier for everyone.
I feel a little vulnerable sending this email and honestly a bit disappointed in myself, but this is business and my number one priority will always be my customers and making things right where I can.

The jackets are still on track to ship around mid-June, so there is still time to change your size now if needed. I do only have limited stock available for exchanges, so if you would like to update your size, please reply to this email as soon as possible with your order number and requested size.
