Our finger puppets may have arrived a little later than planned… but seeing them all come together made the wait worth it 🥹✨

Now 6 weeks postpartum, our weekends look a little different around here. Family assembly lines, over a thousand finger puppets inspected for quality control, and lots of helping hands 🤍

Orders are still being dispatched daily from our warehouse thanks to our amazing Sydney team, and we’re so excited to finally share the new packaging with you all.

🛠️ The Playtisserie Felt Tool Set has arrived! 🛠️

I’ve always been drawn to natural toys and open-ended play, but when it came to finding pieces for our home, wooden toys never felt quite right for us. Too hard for little hands, little heads… and admittedly, our walls too 🫣

I wanted something softer. Whimsical. Beautiful enough to leave out in the playroom, but gentle enough for everyday play.

And I couldn’t stop thinking, why are soft, imaginative toys so often designed with girls in mind? Little boys deserve whimsy too.

So when I couldn’t find the kind of set I was searching for, I decided to design it myself.

Our newest felt play set is finally here. Ethically handmade in Nepal using 100% New Zealand wool, it’s durable and densely wet felted, designed for slow childhoods, imaginative play, and homes that value softness in every sense.

Designed by Playtisserie in Sydney and brought to life in close collaboration with our skilled artisans in Nepal, our collections are created in small batches using premium New Zealand wool.
