Ulysses ambassador and Brighton 1st XI cricketer Cooper Bingham showed grit and patience in his knock of 55, top scoring in their side's chase on the weekend.

Walking to the crease with his side at 3-82 in pursuit of Caulfield's 233, Coop was finally dismissed with only 26 to get, steering his side through the first week of the finals in the Victorian sub district cricket association.
