Project Binney is complete, and what a transformation.

This top level apartment renovation came with plenty of challenges, from demolition logistics and material handling through to working within a building surrounded by multiple tenanted apartments. But the end result speaks for itself.

The renovation was designed to open up the home and capture the incredible views across Hobart, while carefully retaining and restoring original character features including the stucco plaster detailing and retro door hardware.

With new windows and stacker doors, full custom joinery, modern finishes and a thoughtful balance of old and new, Project Binney has been given a fresh new life.
