At the moment, all orders are made to order, and are made with the arrival of the little bub in mind! 🎀

🌿 Returns, Changes & Cancellations 🌿

I want this to feel easy and stress-free for you, so here are the basics:

✨ Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 24 hours, your cake may already be in progress, so refunds aren’t always possible — but message me and we’ll work something out.

✨ Changes to your order:
If you’d like to change the theme, colours, or pickup time, just message me as soon as you can. I’ll always try to accommodate changes if materials haven’t been purchased yet.

✨ Refunds/Returns:
Because nappy cakes are made-to-order with brand new baby items, I’m unable to accept returns once the order has been collected or delivered.
If there’s ever an issue, please contact me — I’ll always do what I can to make it right.

✨ Damaged items:
If something arrives damaged, please send me a photo within 24 hours and I’ll replace the item or fix it as soon as possible.

✨ Do you deliver?
Yes! I offer local drop-off (for $10 depending on distance) or free pickup.

✨ How long does it take?
Current turnaround is 1 week. If you need something sooner, send me a message — if I can squeeze it in, I will.

✨ Are the nappies usable?
Absolutely! All nappies are brand new, clean, rolled carefully, and can be used after the display is taken apart.

✨ Can I choose a theme or colours?
Yes! Peter Rabbit, neutral tones, pastels, rustic, classic pink/blue, or custom — just tell me your idea and I’ll create something beautiful.

✨ What’s inside the cake?
Each pricing tier includes different goodies such as muslins, onesies, bath items, baby socks, soft toys, and little extras.

✨ Do you offer custom cakes?
Yes — I can build something unique around your budget or theme. Just message me your ideas!

✨ Can I add a card or message?
Of course! Every order includes a complimentary Congratulations card, and I can handwrite your message.

✨ I’m buying for a baby shower. Will it travel well?
Yes — each cake is wrapped carefully in clear cellophane with a ribbon, ready to gift and easy to carry.

I’m so excited to share something I’ve quietly been working on…
Introducing Nappy Cake Co. 🎂 — handmade nappy cakes for baby showers, new arrivals and beautiful mum-and-bub gifts.

I’ve always loved thoughtful, practical presents…and nappy cakes are just the sweetest way to spoil a new family. Every order is handmade with care, made-to-order, and created right here in our local area.

I’m starting small and simple — a 1-week turnaround for now — and I’ve put together a few pricing tiers to make gifting easy.
