Been a bit quiet this past week since the Black Dog Ride - Newcastle on the 15th.

This year hit different.

I had the honor of standing beside a work mate while he shared his story… and it hit home harder than I can explain, not just for me, but for a lot of us there. Massive thanks to Revved Visuals for capturing it for all of us.

The Black Dog Ride is something I back 100%.
It’s more than just bikes… it’s real people, real struggles, and real support.

Through RIP Accessories, we donated 7x 2026 Black Dog Ride plate frames to the Newcastle ride. They sold out almost instantly. Absolute legends.

This ride is a big part of what helped save me… along with my closest mates and my fiancée. That’s something I’ll never take for granted.

Over 400 bikes this year, the biggest ride in Australia.
Newcastle/Hunter, that’s something to be proud of.

Well, after a very big day travelling in non-stop rain, bumber to bumper traffic and dodging road closures, I’ve finally made it to Bathurst safe and sound 👌

Tell you what….....
This place hits you right in the feels every single time you arrive ☺️
There’s always something surreal about rolling in at dusk and having the privilege to cruise around the track 👍

Watching the sunset from the top of the mountain is something else — a view that never gets old 😍

I’m beyond keen to race tomorrow in the NSW Hillclimb Championship.
Saying I can’t wait is a true understatement 🚗💨
