This gown began with the dream to honour her Ukrainian–Hungarian heritage. Together, Elissa and Roksana wove traditional elements, such as the symbolic use of red and intricate, strong embroidery to envision Roksana’s love of whimsical, ethereal design.

This collaborative design featured Elissa's signature hand-dyed latte tulle. To disrupt the strict red-and-white palette, the hand-dyed latte tulle, with its soft, organic tone, created a gentle contrast under the striking, hand-made, rich red silk roses.
