Who doesn't like the smell of cookies baking in the oven . Well that's just what this delicious scrub smells like . All you need is some coconut oil , brown sugar , a few drops of vanilla essence and a sprinkle of cinnamon . Mix together all to easy . A word of warning before you start if you don't want to share your shower with the kids and hubby make this one when you are home alone . It smells that good . Enjoy .

I had a phone call yesterday from a lady in Melbourne . She wanted to tell how thrilled she was with her lotion applicator what a buzz to hear such positive feedback . She did comment that she was time poor and to wash the strap with a wet cloth then dry it was a bit of a hassle . All I do is wipe it with a wet one and hang it back up easy. I would love to hear from any one who has been using either product . Any kind of feedback will be really helpful . Have a great day

Well it's back to work for me now , I have been blessed to be able to take time out to celebrate my grandfathers 100th birthday he is one amazing man . I have also packed up 31 years of my beautiful daughters belongings and moved her into her into a unit she can call home for now that's been a real mission . So sitting at the sewing machine is looking good for now . Happy Monday everyone enjoy your day

Good morning to you all . Woke this morning with 100 things on the to do list ,then took a look in the mirror at the tiered old girl looking back at me with dull looking skin and decided to take 10 mins time out just for me and it was so worth it . What I did was opened the pantry and took out some brown sugar the grape seed oil and grated the skin of a lemon and mixed it together and treated my self to a beautiful body scrub . Girls the scrub took a minute to make . I steped into the shower used it on dry skin then turned the water on to rinse off. All to easy . The weekend is here once again take a breath and treat your self you deserve it .
