অর্ডার করার আগে নিশ্চিত হয়েই অর্ডার করুন।
একজন ভাই মেসেঞ্জার, WhatsApp এবং ফোনে বারবার যোগাযোগ করছিলেন। এমনভাবে অর্ডার করার জন্য অনুরোধ করছিলেন, যেন আমাদের থেকে order না করলে তার অনেক বড় ক্ষতি হয়ে যাবে। আমরা আমাদের সব কাজের মাঝে সময় বের করে তার জন্য পণ্যের কাপড়, সাইজ, ফিট, মাপ—সবকিছু A-Z বুঝিয়ে দিলাম।

অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর Steadfast-এ নম্বরটি চেক করে কিছু আগের রিপোর্ট দেখতে পাই। তবুও আমরা সন্দেহ নয়, বিশ্বাসকেই প্রাধান্য দিয়ে পার্সেল পাঠাই।
ডেলিভারির দিন রাইডার বারবার ফোন করেও তাকে পাননি। পরে লোকেশনে গিয়ে তিনি জানান, তিনি আর পার্সেল নেবেন না। এমনকি সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি চার্জটুকুও পরিশোধ করেননি।
হয়তো অনেকের কাছে এটি একটি ছোট ঘটনা। কিন্তু আমাদের মতো একটি ছোট ব্যবসার জন্য প্রতিটি পার্সেলের পেছনে থাকে সময়, শ্রম, প্যাকেজিং, ডেলিভারি খরচ, রিটার্ন চার্জ এবং সবচেয়ে বড় কথা—একটি বিশ্বাস।
প্রয়োজন না থাকলে দয়া করে অর্ডার করবেন না। আমরা কাউকে জোর করে কিছু বিক্রি করতে চাই না। তবে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করে পরে এভাবে হয়রানি করলে শুধু একটি পার্সেল নয়, একটি ছোট ব্যবসারও ক্ষতি হয়।
