We’re thrilled to share that Bangladesh has once again raised the bar sustainably. A record-breaking 9 out of the world’s top 10 LEED-certified garment factories are now based in our country!** And there’s more great news: four additional factories have just earned prestigious LEED certifications, taking our total tally to 248 LEED-certified garment facilities—with 105 earning Platinum and 129 earning Gold status.

- Advance Attire Ltd., Fukuriah, Manikganj – Platinum (LEED BD+C: New Construction v3 – 96 points)
- Amanat Shah Fabrics Ltd. (Oven Composite Unit), Panchdona, Narsingdi – Platinum (LEED O+M: Existing Building v4.1 – 82 points)
- Cotton Field BD Ltd. (Production Building), Rajanagar, Tongi – Platinum (LEED BD+C: New Construction v4 – 83 points)
- KM Apparel Knit Pvt Ltd., Chanpara, North Dhaka – Gold (LEED BD+C: New Construction v4 – 62 points)
This moment marks a major milestone for our apparel industry. Not only does Bangladesh dominate 9 of the top 10 highest-rated LEED garment factories worldwide, but we also account for 68 of the global top-100 LEED factories—a clear testament to our leadership in eco-friendly textile manufacturing.
