The applicant must have 2–3 years of experience and sound knowledge in Production, costing, and consumption, along with the ability to work efficiently with suppliers.

Position: Merchandiser (Female)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Location: Mirpur-02, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh

Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:
🔸 Develop, maintain & strengthen communication with suppliers and buyers
🔸 Manage sampling, production follow-ups & order ex*****on
🔸 Prepare costing sheets and consumption based on product specifications
🔸 Coordinate with factories to ensure production timelines & quality standards
🔸 Handle order tracking, T&A follow-ups and delivery schedules
🔸 Evaluate suppliers and support in sourcing new ones when required

Job Context:

We are inviting genuine and really job needed professionals who are young, smart, energetic, ambitious, dynamic, hardworking & dedicated and willing to fulfill below responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.

Carrying out floor visit (daily/ couple of times) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.

Handling maternity workers health and benefit issues.

Ensuring different documentations related to compliance and welfare.

Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.

Assist to arrange monthly meeting & training.

Must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to Garments Sector.

Ensure Preparation and Maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.

Gather grievance report of workers, individual and collective to secure their prompt feedback from management.

Any other tasks assigned by management.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Festival Bonus: 2

Leave Encasement, Yearly Increment.
