Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders from different online sales channels.
Monitor order confirmation, processing, packaging, and dispatch.
Coordinate with courier partners and monitor delivery performance.
Handle returned orders (RTO) and delivery-related issues.
Maintain daily sales, cash flow, expense records, and basic accounting.
Prepare operational reports and support day-to-day commercial activities.
Educational Requirements
BBA / Bachelor (Honours)
Accounting
Finance
Experience Requirements
1–2 years of experience in E-commerce Commercial Operations will receive strong preference.
Fresh graduates with excellent learning ability are encouraged to apply.
