This unmatched skills had been introduced by our finest weavers living near the banks of the Sh*talakhya in Narayanganj, during the fourteenth century. Karutantra aims at the revival of our age-old heritage of Jamdani with style.It also aims at to depict the incomparable and unparallel craftsmanship o

f our local artisans. Karutantra makes an effort to reach out to all the Jamdani lovers and enthusiasts, home and abroad, by making these artful Jamdani masterpieces available at the doorstep. Karutantra intends to bring the significance of this dynastic fashion wear back into life. The intricate designs of Jamdani are the outcome/product our artisans' sweat and blood, so meticulously and passionately woven. We hope to offer it’s valued artisans their proper due they fairly deserve and bring back the lost glory each Jamdani intricate masterpieces has to offer its valued clients. We aspire to take that one little step to give the artisans their slice of the cake which they were missing for quite some time.
