A refund is not applicable except for these conditions.
1. Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
2. Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation/ specification different on website) / incomplete (missing parts).
3. For Pre-Order:
Customers will get a full refund against their advance payment in the normal cases if we are unable to deliver the product within our standard delivery time (15-25) working days. Special Note: As all our products are imported from China, if the shipment is delayed for any abnormal conditions ( customs release issues, cargo airline crisis, political issues, fight off, COVID 19 and lockdown, etc).In that case, we need more time to deliver, and a refund will not be allowed. For any reason whatever, if NIFTY FIFTY or its authorized agents completely fail to deliver the ordered product(s), customers will get a refund as per the timeline agreed by your respective Bank. However, standard timing may take 7 (Seven) working days for the refund to your Credit Card Debit Card or Bank Account, or through cheque. Exchange & Return for In-Stock Items:
1. How long am I allowed to do Exchange & Return?
>Within 3 days after the product is received.
2. Conditions for Exchange & Return:
>The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws. Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
>The product must be unused and intact with tags.
>Within 3 days of purchase.
>At the time of returning the product must pay the delivery charge.
3. What, if I lost the money receipt/tags/barcode?
>It will be considered for losing the money receipt or invoice for exchanges. Provide us the purchased contact number in case of losing the money receipt or invoice for checking your purchased history.
>The exchange offer will not be valid anymore for bending or tearing apart the tags or barcode.
4. From where I can exchange the product?
>For Online Purchase:
After purchasing any product(s) you can exchange the product from our Warehouse within 3 days of the receiving* date. To find our warehouse, please click here. Or send us your product(s) by your corresponding courier concern with our Service Center. After receiving the product, we will contact you and arrange the shipment of your exchange product. Note: If there is any problem from our side we will offer FREE Returns, Exchanges, or Refund otherwise the customer has to bear the return shipping expense.
>For Warehouse Purchase:
Currently, we have one Warehouse throughout Bangladesh. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please bring the product to our warehouse within 3 days after the product is received.
> All items must be returned in original condition (including all receipt/invoices and packaging) with barcode tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and without any flaws.
5. How to return the product(s) to us for Exchange?
>Warehouse:
Please bring the product(s) to our Warehouse. We will arrange an exchange in fulfillment of our Exchange Conditions. Exchange & Return for Pre-order:

>Delivery time will be the standard delivery time (3-5) working days if you choose the product from our available stock. But if you choose the product from our pre-order section then it will take 10-20 days for an exchange. VALID REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM:
1. Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation/ specification different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)
3. The size of a product does not fit ( Size Mismatch )
