Holding both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Science from Dhaka College, he combines strong academic credentials with extensive industry knowledge.

We are delighted to welcome Nazmul Islam Pavel to ABMOR as our new Sourcing Head – Footwear & Accessories.

Pavel brings with him 20+ years of extensive experience in the Footwear, Bags & Accessories Sourcing & Manufacturing Industry, with an impressive track record of working with leading organizations including Bata Shoes, Apex Footwear, Karnaphuly Shoe Industries (Youngone), and ZXY International.
Prior to joining ABMOR, he was leading the Bags & Accessories Department at a renowned US brand-Centric Brands.

Pavel holds a B.Sc. in Footwear Engineering from the Institute of Leather Engineering and Technology, University of Dhaka.

With his deep industry expertise and leadership experience, we are confident Pavel will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our Footwear & Accessories business vertical.
