AZOONI | PRE-ORDER & PAYMENT POLICY🌿
At Azooni, we aim to make your pre-order experience simple, transparent, and thoughtfully managed from the moment you select your piece until it reaches you.
As we primarily work on a pre-order basis, the pieces featured on our page may not always be available in ready stock. Once you have selected an item, simply send us a screenshot or product reference via inbox, along with your preferred size, colour, and any other relevant details. Our team will assist you with the final price, availability, and estimated timeline before confirming your order.
📌Pre-Order Confirmation
Once all details have been confirmed, an advance payment of via Bkash/Nagad/Bank is required to secure your order. The amount may vary depending on the product. Your pre-order will only be considered confirmed after the advance has been received. Orders are only accepted once we verify that the product is available for shipment.
*If a product becomes unavailable due to stock issues, the advance will be refunded through the same payment method within 24-72 hours.
📌Order Confirmation and Changes
As each pre-order is specifically placed on behalf of the customer, we kindly ask you to review the brand, design, size, colour, and other details carefully before making your payment. We are not manufacturers of the products, so returns will not be accepted for such reasons as disliking the product or personal preference. Once an order has been confirmed and placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, and the advance payment will be non-refundable.
📌 International Weight Charge
Weight charge: 1.7 taka per gram - which will be added extra to the total cost of your ordered suit after shipment arrived.
If a dress price is mentioned as a round figure, it does not include weight charges. Packaging, boxes, embellishments, and the nature of the garment may affect the final weight; therefore, the exact charge cannot always be confirmed at the time of placing a pre-order.
📌 Delivery Timeline📦
Regular orders usually take 30-45 working days. As pre-orders involve international processing and transportation, occasional delays may occur due to the original brand, courier services, customs, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver within 120/180 working days. For delivery inside Dhaka, delivery charge is 80 tk and outside Dhaka charge will be 150 tk. For outside Dhaka delivery, an advance delivery charge is required, and delivery must be within the courier's coverage area.
📌Order Holding: Products cannot be held for more than 7 days without full payment.
