Customers are required to pay the delivery charge even if they are not taking the product/products.
** Kindly check the product/Products carefully in-front of the delivery man, so that, both customer and delivery man can see the fault in the product/products which justifies why customer is not willing to receive it. Return & Refund policy is ONLY applicable if there is a fault in the product/products.
** The colour of the fabric may differ due to different light settings, if you are not sure please ask for pictures in your required light setting.
** During the time when a customer needs urgent delivery, we expect the customers to inform while placing the order. However, our team will only agree to deliver urgently if it is within our capacity.
** During Eid or special occasions, no order will be placed after announced time frame.
** Lastly, we expect our customers to treat T Tales Team with kindness and compassion just like we treat our customers. In any given situation we will not tolerate any unfair behaviour towards our customers, page representatives or delivery men.
